BUST measurements - follow these steps:

  1. Stand in a relaxed posture: Stand up straight with your arms resting comfortably at your sides. Keep your shoulders relaxed and natural.

  2. Wear a well-fitting bra: Wear a non-padded bra that fits you well. The bra should neither compress nor lift your bust significantly, as this can distort the measurement.

  3. Position the measuring tape: Take a soft, flexible measuring tape and position it around your back, just under your shoulder blades. Hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

  4. Measure around the fullest part of your bust: Bring the measuring tape around your body and across the fullest part of your bust. Ensure that the tape is snug but not too tight against your skin. It should lie flat against your bust without indenting the skin or compressing the breasts.

  5. Take the measurement: While holding the measuring tape in place, check the measurement at the point where it overlaps. Make sure the tape is not twisted or uneven. Read the measurement in centimeters (cm) or inches (in), depending on your preference.

  6. Repeat for accuracy: For the most accurate measurement, it's recommended to take the bust measurement multiple times and use the average value.
